TERMS OF CANCELLATION
Until 50 days before arrival = gratis;
only the cost 15 euro ; 50-20 days before arrival = 20% of the whole rent ; 20-10
days before arrival = 50 % of the whole rent ; 10-5 days before arrival = 70 % of
the whole rent. 5-1 days before arrival customers must pay for the whole rent. Customers
even pay the whole rent in the event of premature departure.
** If the travel
to Italy is is prohibited ( Corona Virus ) , we will keep the deposit for two years
for a new booking.
RECEPTION TIME
Reception is closed
from 7 p.m till 9 a.m and from 13 p.m till 14,30 p.m.Sunday from 13 p.m till 9 a.m.
Nobody can arrive during this time except personal agreemen with the reception of
the Hotel.
